I love this purple 70s inspired romper I found at a store in Venice called Aust.  (cool store, LA people you should check it out, they sell all Australian brands) I love rompers... except when I have to go to the bathroom, they kind of suck... suffer for fashion? Whatever, rompers are cute for the summer because they're an outfit in one, which means you don't have to do much other thinking besides picking out a pair of shoes and some accessories. Speaking of accessories, I decided to pair this romper with these really cool dangly moon earrings I got from Frisk jewelry. These earrings are super pretty and fit the 70's boho vibe I was going for.

And if a silver metallic jacket wasn't enough, here's a silver metallic jumpsuit. I wore this jumpsuit for my David Bowie halloween costume this year, but I think it's going to be my new stage outfit. Why am I wearing a stage outfit? Well, to show off this awesome guitar. This guitar is called the "Wilshire Phant-o-matic" by Epiphone and it totally reminds me of something Joan Jett would use. I've been jonesing for a white guitar for a while and this one is super lightweight and has a small neck (helpful for me because I have the world's smallest hands). Thanks Gibson 90210 showroom for hooking me up and letting me visit your rad showroom!! The jumpsuit is something I ordered online and then cut off one sleeve to make even more David Bowie esque.

It's been a while since a traditional outfit post, but why stick to the traditional anyway? This photo set is from a photo shoot I did last month inspired by none other than Saint Laurent! I love Saint Laurent for their 70's rocker style. From wide rimmed hats to glitter boots, I'm a fan. Now unfortunately for all of us, Saint Laurent isn't in everyone's price range; however, there's ways to achieve the look without breaking your bank. Remember good ole glam rock? That's all you need to know: glitter,(p)leather, boots and blazers!

Karen O's Crush Songs- This is a super cute indie solo album by Karen O, lead singer of Yeah Yeah Yeahs. I just really liked the idea of an album of "crush songs"(also it was released on Julian Casablancas' record label, Cult Records). OPTION: write your own "crush" or love song for someone you like/love/appreciate/etc. I mean it doesn't have to be a love song masterpiece like "Something" by the Beatles, but as long as it comes from the heart, I'm sure they will appreciate it. OPTION 2: Don't know how to write music? Make a mix tape of some sappy love songs!

Miley Cyrus Viva Glam Mac Lipstick - I can't really picture myself wearing a hot pink lipstick, but I'm willing to give it a try. I love Mac lipstick, and I think this shade of pink is especially suitable for Valentine's Day.

NCLA Hello Kitty Nail Stickers- I'm really terrible at doing my own nails, so these nail stickers make my life so much easier!

"Like I do" Card- Nylon's online shop has some pretty cool cards. I even found a Robert Plant Valentine's day card. Check out their site, you can find some pretty unique cards. OPTION: This is kind of a given, but you can always make your own card. You can either hand draw it or come up with some sort of collage and write a poem inside! 

LUSH Glitter Heart Bubble Bar- These LUSH bubble bars always make great gifts! Also, they will make your bubble bath sparkle!

Bedazzled Lip Sunglasses- I found these sparklers on Nylon's online shop and fell in love with them. I would wear these on a regular day, not just Valentine's day...
